Refund Policy

This page explains when you can get your money back, and when you can't. It summarises the Terms; if anything here differs from the Terms or your signed proposal, those documents apply. Your statutory rights always remain unaffected.

1. Advi AI software

Free trial

Every software plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. If you don't cancel, the first billing period starts automatically at the end of the trial.

14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving reasons, using our withdrawal button, by email, or with the form in Annex A of the Terms. We refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period (for example by using a paid plan after the trial), we may keep a proportionate amount for the service already provided until your withdrawal (§ 357a(2) BGB).

After the withdrawal period

  • You can cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for and is not renewed.
  • We don't refund the remaining part of a billing period after cancellation, unless the law requires it.
  • If the software was not available or defective for reasons we're responsible for, your statutory warranty rights apply, including a price reduction where appropriate.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.

2. Agency services (business customers)

  • Agency services are offered to businesses only; the statutory consumer right of withdrawal doesn't apply.
  • Monthly fees cover the work done in that month and are not refunded once the month has started, unless your proposal says otherwise.
  • Fees you prepaid for periods after the contract ends are refunded.
  • If we don't deliver a service agreed in the proposal for reasons we're responsible for, we either deliver it or credit the corresponding part of the fee.
  • Buy-out payments (see Terms C5) are purchase prices for rights of use and are not refunded once the rights have been transferred.

3. Ad spend and pass-through costs

  • Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms. Refunds of ad spend (for example for invalid clicks) are handled by the platform under its own policies. We help you file the request.
  • Pass-through costs (device rental, coffee service, software licences, creator fees) are billed at cost. Once incurred with the supplier, they can only be refunded to the extent the supplier refunds them.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. We never charge a fee for a refund. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion rules to refunds of amounts charged in a foreign currency.
