Visitors never see your dashboard

The embeddable widget only knows your agent's public token. That token gives access to chat, lead capture, handoff, CSAT, and conversion endpoints — and nothing else. Your management APIs, billing data, and other agents are unreachable from the widget.

Conversation history rebuilt server-side every turn

The agent reads the last forty messages from the database for every visitor turn, not from client-sent state. A visitor cannot fabricate a fake message earlier in the conversation to manipulate the model — prompt injection through forged history is impossible.

Knowledge stays inside one agent

Every knowledge-base search is parameterised by the agent ID. Even if two of your agents share the same database (they do — same table, same workspace), neither can leak knowledge into the other's responses. Across workspaces, the isolation is total.
