About

A solo lead-generation agency from Cologne, with two AI products that came out of doing the work.

Advi Systems is a Cologne-based lead-generation agency founded in 2026, with two AI products built across fifteen months of research, development, and refinement before the public launch. Prompt Studio helps anyone communicate better with the chatbots they already use. Advi Agents drops an AI assistant onto your website and messaging channels to capture leads while you sleep. Customer satisfaction is the only metric we measure — engagements run for as long as the work is delivering, and not a quarter longer.

Positioning

How we think about the work.

01principle

Tailored, not templated

Every agency engagement starts with research — your niche, your market, your business model, the buying signals that matter for your specific customers. The campaign is built around what we find, not pulled off a shelf. No two engagements run the same playbook because no two clients have the same customers.

02principle

Customer satisfaction is the only metric

Conversion dashboards and engagement charts are useful tools, but they are not the goal. The work is done when the client tells us the work was worth it. If that takes a different number of conversations, a different channel mix, or a longer ramp than a typical engagement, that is how the engagement runs.

03principle

Solo by design

One founder, reachable directly. No SDRs, no support tiers, no investors steering the roadmap. The trade-off is honest — a smaller team means slower than a fifty-person SaaS, but every decision answers to real clients and real revenue, not to a board deck. Hiring is on the twelve-month horizon; the customer-first ethos is not negotiable.

Operating principles

Four rules that decide every product and engagement choice.

01 / 04

Research before pitch

Every engagement begins with niche, market, and business-model analysis. The lead-generation methodology follows the research — not the other way around.

02 / 04

Satisfaction over dashboards

Conversion rates and pipeline numbers matter, but they are inputs to the question that matters: is the client happy with what landed and how it landed? That is the only measure of success.

03 / 04

Build what the work needs

Both AI products exist because the agency needed them on real client campaigns. Prompt Studio came first as an internal tool; Advi Agents grew out of helping clients capture leads after hours.

04 / 04

EU-built, EU-hosted

Cologne core, Supabase Frankfurt, GDPR-compliant by default. We host nothing in jurisdictions our clients can't legally use, and we sign DPAs for B2B engagements as a matter of course.

The team

One founder, no middle layer — for now.

Why solo today

Solo by choice, not by necessity. No co-founder, no investors, no roadmap dictated by anyone but the clients paying for the work. The plan is to hire selectively over the next twelve months as engagements scale — but slowly, and with a strong filter for people who match the customer-first ethos. The product roadmap does not change because of headcount; the customer commitment does not change because of scale.

If you need a bigger vendor on paper to satisfy procurement, we are probably not the right fit this quarter. If you want a direct line to the person who builds, sells, and ships — and you want that line to keep working as the team grows — you are in the right place.

Industries we serve

Six markets where we know how the buyer thinks.

Every engagement is tailored to the specific client, but these are the six industries where the research is deep and the lead-generation methodology transfers cleanly. If your business is adjacent to one of these — or your buyers behave like the buyers in one of these markets — talk to us.

01industry

E-commerce

Cart recovery conversations, product Q&A from the catalogue, return-policy automation, multi-language store support. Agents read your knowledge base and answer in the visitor's language without rewriting prompts.

02industry

Beauty salons

After-hours appointment booking, treatment FAQs, follow-up campaigns, no-show recovery. The agent handles the questions that would otherwise become voicemails the next morning.

03industry

Solar panel installers

Free-quote requests, eligibility qualification by address and roof type, financing FAQ handling, calendar booking with the installation team. The agent qualifies before the human picks up.

04industry

Professional services

Legal, accounting, consulting — qualified consultation requests, FAQ deflection on engagement scope and fees, calendar booking. The agent does the screening; you do the closing.

05industry

Local services

Service-area qualification, quote requests, time-of-day routing for emergencies, missed-call recovery. Local businesses lose half their leads after hours — the agent fills that gap.

06industry

Real estate

Listing inquiries, viewing booking, mortgage-question deflection, lead routing by area. The agent captures intent the second a visitor opens a listing instead of waiting for a contact form.

Timeline

Six quarters from research to public launch.

Fifteen months between deciding to start the agency and opening to public sign-up. Most of that window was spent on research, building tools, and refining the methodology before taking on a single paying client — deliberately, so the first engagements run on a foundation that is already proven internally.

Q2 2025

Industry research

Started gathering information on how to build a lead-generation agency worth paying for. Studied market segmentation, outreach methodology, mid-market buying behavior, and where the existing agency landscape leaves value on the table.

Q3 2025

Strategy and first build

Decided to add genuine value beyond outreach by giving clients AI tools they could actually use on their own work. Picked the stack — Next.js, Supabase, Clerk, OpenRouter. Committed to EU hosting and server-only secrets from day one.

Q4 2025

Prompt Studio shipped internally

Built the twelve-field prompt-engineering workflow as an internal tool. Twenty proven prompt frameworks, eight free models via OpenRouter, server-sent-events streaming. Used on every internal client deliverable before being opened to clients.

Q1 2026

Advi Agents shipped

Built the embeddable web widget, the chat backend, and the public-token security boundary. Lead capture, handoff webhooks, and the first version of the conversation viewer. Web-only at this stage — messaging channels came next.

Q2 2026

Multi-channel and knowledge base

Added WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, and Instagram on top of the web widget — same agent, same knowledge base, same dashboard. Vector-search knowledge retrieval shipped using pgvector, so agents could answer from uploaded documents rather than the system prompt alone. Native CRM integrations followed.

Q3 2026

Public launch · first clients onboarding

Marketing site, billing, legal pack, and public documentation shipped. Both products open to self-serve sign-up across Pro, Team, Individual, and Plus plans. First cohort of agency clients onboarding now — scaling deliberately so each engagement gets full attention.
