Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; previously paid fees are not pro-rated except where statutorily required.

What happens next

You see a confirmation page with your reference code. Keep it for your records — it is the proof of receipt required by § 312k Abs. 2 Satz 3 BGB.
We process the cancellation in the Clerk billing system within one business day. The subscription continues running until the end of the current paid period.
You receive a final confirmation by email once the cancellation is recorded upstream. No fees accrue beyond the paid-through date.
