If you ship real product, run real campaigns, or design interfaces operators actually want to use — and you like the small, founder-led, agency+product model — there might be a way to work together.
Easiest entry is a paid project: ship one feature, build one client integration, design one product flow. If it goes well, we extend. No hiring committee, no take-home week.
Profiles we'd extend a project to
Ships features end-to-end. Comfortable with Next.js App Router, server components, Supabase, LLM SDKs (OpenRouter / Anthropic / OpenAI), and embedding pipelines. Pragmatic over architectural.
Runs paid + organic acquisition campaigns. Can map an offer into prompts and agent behavior. Reads dashboards, edits copy, talks to clients. Strong taste, low ego.
Designs and ships dashboards that operators actually want to use. Comfortable in Tailwind / Figma, designs against real product constraints. Cares about density, hierarchy, and motion as much as colors.

How we work
We ship what we use on real client work. No internal experiments for their own sake.
Long-form Loom or doc beats a meeting. Cologne core, EU-aligned hours, remote-friendly.
Plain language. No corporate softening. If something's bad we say so — kindly, but clearly.
Long-term collaborators get revenue share or equity. Project-based pay first, deeper structure if it works.
